The Newest Addition to the Ferris Wheel Press FerriTales Collection
The Queen and Castle ink is a beautiful shade of yellow-green with a rose gold shimmer. I’ve been very impressed with the whole FerriTales Collection, and this shade does not disappoint. These inks work well with a dip pen, which is my most often used tool. They are rich, shimmery, and lovely on paper! I’ve been particularly excited to try the Queen and Castle- mostly due to the lovely gold packaging 🙂

A Bit More About the Ink
As previously mentioned, this is a lovely yellow-green ink shade with a rose gold shimmer. This ink is very rich and a beautiful hue, which reminds me of fall! Queen and Castle is supplied in a 20 mL glass globe, which has an interior bottle opening of 10 mm- designed to fit most pens. Since I use an oblique calligraphy pen, I’m not able to dip directly into the container, but pour it into a dinky dip to use. However, the lip of the jar is easily wide enough to use with most other straight pens. The ink does very well when writing on a variety of papers, including marker paper, standard notebook paper and 110 lb heavy weight paper.
